WASUDEV’s Business Mentorship for Women Farmers
We understand that growing crops is only one part of the journey. Building sustainable livelihoods means transforming farming into a viable business—one that can feed families, fuel dreams, and grow communities. That’s why we’ve been providing mentorship and coaching to women farmers on small business management.
Turning Farms Into Profitable Ventures
For many women in rural Liberia, farming is a way of life. But too often, they are excluded from the tools, knowledge, and networks needed to move from subsistence farming to market-oriented agriculture. Our small business training is helping to close that gap.
These sessions go beyond the basics—they also focus on entrepreneurial mindset, helping participants recognize opportunities, take initiative, and plan for long-term success.

Empowerment Through Knowledge
One of the most powerful outcomes of this program is the growth in self-confidence among participants. Women who once hesitated to call themselves “businesswomen” are now embracing their roles as agri-entrepreneurs—leaders in their families and communities.
By strengthening their managerial, technical, and entrepreneurial skills, these women are not just improving their farms—they’re building the foundation for economic independence and community resilience.

Investing in Women’s Potential
This initiative reflects WASUDEV’s commitment to a future where women are not only producers of food, but also decision-makers, innovators, and change agents in agriculture.
Each woman we coach is a seed of possibility. With the right support, those seeds grow into thriving businesses, stronger households, and more vibrant rural economies.
